Galaxy Z Fold 8 / Ultra: why the delay?

We sincerely apologize for the longer-than-expected wait. Demand for affected Galaxy Z Fold 8 products has exceeded supply expectations, and many have been sold out since early August.

Our earlier replenishment estimate was approximately 3–4 weeks, based on the information available at the time and normal Spigen supply patterns. Spigen Korea's order processing and shipment schedules have since experienced unusual delays.

We still do not have a reliable shipment schedule for some outstanding products. The earlier estimate should no longer be treated as a current shipping commitment. We do not want to provide another date that we cannot confidently guarantee.
