📦 Order Processing Time

• China warehouse orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• US warehouse orders may require 2–5 business days processing time.

🚚 Shipping Routes & Delivery Time

🇨🇳 China → 🇭🇰 Hong Kong / 🇲🇴 Macau / 🇹🇼 Taiwan
• All shipments are sent via SF Express.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not supported.
• Hong Kong & Macau customers may use SF Locker / SF Station (please enter the correct pickup code or full address at checkout).
• Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days from our Guangzhou warehouse.
• Delivery may be delayed by 1 business day during weekends or public holidays.

📦 Hong Kong, Macau & Taiwan: Overseas Fulfillment
• If checkout displays a paid International shipping option instead of free SF Express, the selected item is generally out of stock at our China warehouse and will be fulfilled from an overseas warehouse, such as Japan or the United States.
• Because international fulfillment has different shipping costs, free SF Express does not apply to these orders.

🇺🇸 USA → 🇭🇰 Hong Kong
• Orders are shipped via SF Express, USPS, UPS, or other suitable international carriers.
• Processing time: 2–5 business days.
• Estimated delivery time: 7–20 business days depending on customs clearance.
• Import duties, taxes, or clearance fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
• Delivery time may be affected by customs inspections or force majeure events.

🇺🇸 USA → 🇺🇸 United States / 🇨🇦 Canada
• Orders are shipped via Amazon, USPS, UPS, or other local carriers.

• Estimated delivery within the United States: 3–7 business days.
• Estimated delivery to Canada: 5–12 business days.

🌍 China → Other International Destinations
• Orders are shipped via postal services or other suitable carriers with tracking provided.
• Estimated delivery time: 7–28 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
• If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
• If your package is not delivered within 90 days, we provide a full refund guarantee.
