Special-region and remote addresses are subject to carrier eligibility.
Preparation and transit
In-stock China-origin orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. US-origin orders normally require 2–5 business days. Transit estimates begin after carrier acceptance and exclude preparation and pre-order waiting time. They are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs inspections, public holidays, weather and transport disruptions may cause delays.
Standard and Priority are separate shipping services where offered. Priority does not shorten a pre-order's restock period. Collection and home-delivery services describe how the parcel is received. Orders may be fulfilled from different locations or split into parcels, with the applicable services and any combined shipping charges shown at checkout.
Import charges
Tax Prepaid: we handle applicable import duties and taxes covered by the selected shipping service. If a covered charge is requested again, contact us promptly with the notice and order number, and observe the notice's deadline.
Customer Pays Tax: import duties, taxes and carrier clearance fees, if assessed, are payable by the recipient and are not included in the shipping fee.
Tax Not Prepaid: import charges have not been prepaid under that option; the payment arrangement will be confirmed before dispatch. Any charges collected at checkout appear in the order total.
Addresses, collection and tracking
Provide complete and accurate recipient details, address, postal code and a working phone number. Contact us immediately about an error; changes cannot be guaranteed after the parcel enters the carrier network. For collection services, follow the carrier's notice for the collection point, identification and deadline.
We provide tracking after dispatch. A created label does not necessarily mean the carrier has recorded its first scan. Contact us if tracking is unclear, a parcel passes its estimate, or a delivery issue occurs. Keep packaging, labels and photographs for damage or incorrect-item investigations.
Pre-orders and delivery problems
Pre-orders and backorders have a separate waiting period before dispatch. Refer to the information presented when ordering and subsequent order communications. Contact us before ordering if an item is needed for a fixed deadline.
If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund. For China-origin international postal shipping, we retain our existing full-refund guarantee if the package has not been delivered within 90 days. Contact us for assistance; you do not need to wait 90 days to report a problem.
Uncollected parcels and returns
International 4PX parcels that are not collected in time will be destroyed under the carrier's policy and will not be returned to us. Refusing delivery or leaving a parcel uncollected is not an approved return method. Return and refund requests follow our Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights.
