For orders paid via PayPal, if a refund is requested due to customer-related reasons (e.g., order cancellation, incorrect shipping information, or change of mind), the original PayPal transaction fee may be deducted from the refund amount. This is because PayPal no longer refunds transaction fees to merchants for refunded payments since their policy update in 2019.
*****Non-Defective / Change-of-Mind Returns*****
If a return request is made due to personal preference, change of mind, price comparison, ordering the wrong item/model, or any non-quality-related reason, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Customers are also responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Returned items must be in their original condition, including all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included contents. Items showing signs of use may be subject to a partial refund or rejection of the return request.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unused, uninstalled, with all original tags, and in the complete original Spigen retail packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Please check your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can review the issue and make things right.
🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

• ❌ Two-pack / multi-pack items cannot be returned individually — the full set must be returned
• 📦❌ Items with damaged, missing, or severely deformed packaging (including Spigen boxes, EZ Fit frames, plastic trays, etc.)
• ❌ Used or installed items, or items showing wear
• ❌ Customized / personalized items
• ❌ Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

🔄 Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you need is to return the item you have. After your return is approved, simply place a new order for the replacement item.
