Although unlikely, the incoming shipment may be selected for a random customs inspection. If this happens, customs clearance may take longer, which could delay warehouse arrival and order dispatch.

Galaxy Z Fold 8 / Ultra: earlier delay update (11 September)

We sincerely apologize for the longer-than-expected wait. Demand for affected Galaxy Z Fold 8 products has exceeded supply expectations, and many have been sold out since early August.

Our earlier replenishment estimate was approximately 3–4 weeks, based on the information available at the time and normal Spigen supply patterns. Spigen Korea's order processing and shipment schedules have since experienced unusual delays.

As of 11 September, a reliable shipment schedule was still unavailable for some outstanding products. The earlier 3–4 week estimate should no longer be treated as a current shipping commitment. Please refer to the dated product updates above for the latest progress.
